Every kid who walks through our doors gets access to homework help, enrichment programs, sports, leadership opportunities, and — most importantly — adults who genuinely care about them.

Enrollment is open to youth ages 6–18 across our 25 locations in Whittier and Pico Rivera. The process is simple: create an account in our parent portal, complete the registration for your child, and choose the location that works best for your family.

Step 1

Create Your Account

Head to our online parent portal and set up your family's account. You'll use this to manage enrollment, update contact information, and stay connected to your child's Club.

Step 2

Register Your Child

Select your preferred Club location, complete your child's profile, and submit their registration. Have your child's school and emergency contact information handy.

Step 3

You're in.

We'll confirm your enrollment and share everything you need to know before your child's first day. Questions along the way? We're always available to help.

Transportation

Need a ride? We've got that covered.

BGCW operates eight vans providing afternoon pickup from East Whittier, Dexter, Oceanview, Laurel, and Longfellow schools. Transportation is available for $95 per member per month, and a free walking program serves Lydia Jackson Elementary students.

Spots are limited and fill quickly — contact us as early as possible to secure transportation for your child
